Making Disk Copies and Hard Copies of Machine Constants

  1. Purpose Statement

    1. Provide a procedure for making disk copies and hard copies of mas.kon, sys.kon and stat.kon files

  2. Scope

    1. All Vision controls with a floppy boot system (controls without hard drive). Included are Vision 500, Vision 1000, and some Vision 2000.

  4. Procedure
  5. Make two copies of the disk used during the testing of the machine. These two should ship with the machine. The original should go to software engineering.
  6. Print out the following files from one of the disks: mas.kon, sys.kon, and all stat.kon files.
  7. Print out a cover sheet using cover.doc file in word.
  8. Make four copies of the cover sheet and the constant files. Two copies should ship with the machine and three copies should stay in the job folder.
