PLASMA FAILED TO FIRE

No arc on signal before the plasma firing time expires or has timed out.

1. Check plasma firing time, normally set at 10 seconds.
2. Check the plasma start signal, (relay, module, cable, ...)
3. If plasma fires, and the error still exists, check the arc on signal.
4. If the plasma does not fire, also refer to the corrective actions in error #1032
