1085-Plasma Station %ld Cooling Water Flow

| (1085) Plasma Station <N> Cooling Water Flow | will be found only when using Smart Flow 1 & 2, with PT15, PT19 or PT600 torch. This error is generated when the Cooling Water Flow Switch input is in the wrong state. The Cooling Water Flow Switch is in the return line of the cooling water circuit, and is calibrated to close at or above 1.0 gallons per minute of flow. The CNC watches this input for a change of state from the off condition to the on condition when the plasma station is turned on. An error is generated if the input is on when it should be off, or if the input is off when it should be on. If this error message appears, check the following: | 1. Make sure the Water Cooler is turned on. 2. Check the cooling water re-circulator pump. It should be adjusted to deliver 150 PSI. 3. Check the plasma consumables.
