| Gold Level - This package provides 64 hours of preventive maintenance or emergency service. In addition, any ESAB parts (excluding consumable items) used during service call by Field Service Engineer will be offered at 15% off list price. Travel and lodging expenses for Field Service Engineer to be capped at a maximum of $500.00 for each on-site service call. | $7168 |
| Silver Level - This package provides 40 hours of preventive maintenance or emergency service. In addition, any ESAB parts (excluding consumable items) used during service call by Field Service Engineer will be offered at 10% off list price. Travel and lodging expenses for Field Service Engineer to be capped at a maximum of $500.00 for each on-site service call. | $4480 |
| Bronze Level - This package provides 24 hours of preventive maintenance or emergency service. Travel and lodging expenses for Field Service Engineer to be billed at actual cost for each on-site service call | $2400 |
| All service contracts are in effect for a period of one (1) year. The basic contract service fee is due in full at the time the contract is accepted and executed. | |
